We offer a range of pet accessories made with BioThane® material and metal hardware components. Our products include a variety of leashes, collars, and long leads. All of our gear is designed to be durable, waterproof, and long-lasting.
How long does BioThane® material last?
BioThane® material is known for its exceptional durability. It is designed to withstand the wear and tear of outdoor adventures and stay looking new for years to come. With proper care, our products made with BioThane® material can last a lifetime. There are still products being used daily from when we opened in 2020!
What is your processing time?
Processing time will be up to 5 business days. All orders will ship out on Thursdays.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Once your order has shipped, we will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your package and will be generated at check-out. All shipping is tracked and you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once it has been generated.
Do you offer local pick up?
We are unfortunately no longer offering local pick up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
